Products returned must be within the manufacturer’s warranty period and faulty as a result of normal use.

Will uplift faulty or damaged products and on return to our Distribution Centre ,validate that the products qualify for a credit. If the qualifying criteria is met a credit will be issued at the purchase order value.
Will collect products issued from our Distribution Centre in error and on return to our Sales Representative or Distribuition Centre credit goods at their purchase order value.
